TaskTrek Lite is a web and desktop application which is basically developed for an organized work management of the employee. It is a wide platform that provides complete information about the currently running project and the project which we had done in the past.

It has another module of HRMS in which there is complete information about the present employees and their personal details, open projects, number of total projects done, number of teams and due projects of the employees.
This software allows smooth communication of work by breaking it down into manageable components that can be accomplished in time.

Features

  • Includes three modules including Admin Panel, Sub Admin Panel and User Panel for proper channelization of the work.
  • Allows creation and archive of your own tasks for better organization.
  • Supervise employees work report and productivity to keep a complete track of the work.
  • Offers complete information of Actual Time Vs Productive Time on the basis of Week, Month or Quarter to record employee’s progress time-to-time.
  • A pop-up recording the interval taken between the work makes the employee manage his/her work accordingly as per the time left.
  • User can add ‘Favorite’ Tag to any of his/her board to showcase the interest in a particular task.
  • All the important information of employee including official documents, salary details, personal details, contact details, experience and educational qualifications is managed by HR panel, thus granting them with the permission to add or edit the details.
  • Admin panel allows access to the creation, edition or deleting of Sub-Admins, grant or deny permission to lower hierarchy, add any team for a particular project and can go through the overall performance of a particular employee.
  • Allows Team/Project Management in a systematic manner.
